Talking Cards
Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
The short version
- You are buying one printed Talking Tooth Fairy card with a voice message, for $19.99.
- You must be an adult, and the child in the photo must be yours or in your care.
- If it does not delight your child, tell us within 30 days and we refund you.
- The character's voice is AI-generated. It is not a recording of any real or famous person.
- You keep every right to your own photo. We never claim it.
What you are buying
One physical Talking Tooth Fairy card, printed and posted to you, with a playable voice message built from the recording or text you provide. The price is $19.99. Shipping is calculated at checkout and we offer a free option within the United States.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18. By ordering you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or that you have their parent or guardian's permission. Please do not upload a photo of someone else's child without asking them first.
Our 30-day happiness guarantee
This is the one we care about most, so it is written plainly. If your child does not light up when they hear the card, email hunter5380@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to return the card, and you do not need to justify it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take a few business days to appear.
If a card arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong audio, that is our mistake — we will reprint and reship it at no cost, and the guarantee window restarts.
What you upload
By uploading a photo, recording, or message, you confirm that:
- It is yours to use, or you have permission from whoever owns it
- It does not contain anything unlawful, hateful, or sexual
- It is not someone else's copyrighted photograph
You give us permission to use what you upload for exactly one purpose: making and delivering your card, and supporting it afterwards. We do not acquire any ownership of your photo, your voice, or your words, and we never use your child's likeness in our own marketing. How long we keep the files, and who processes them along the way, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may decline an order and refund you if an upload clearly breaks these rules. That is rare and we will tell you why.
About the AI, said clearly
Two parts of your card are generated by AI, and we would rather you hear it from us than wonder:
- The scene. The character is composited into your photo by an image model. It is an illustration built around your real photo, not a photograph of a real event.
- The voice. It is a synthetic voice, licensed for this use. It is not a recording of any real, famous, or copyrighted portrayal of the character, and we do not imitate any specific performer.
AI output varies. If the scene on your card does not look right to you, the guarantee above covers it.
Our own content
The site, the character artwork, the written messages in our library, and the brand belong to Talking Cards. Your finished card is yours to keep, print, share and treasure. Please do not resell our artwork or run a competing product off our assets.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email — there is no password to lose. Anyone with access to your inbox can access your orders, so keep your email secure. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.
The legal necessities
We provide the site and the card as they are. Beyond the guarantee above, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived — and if your local consumer protections are stronger than these terms, those win.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change cannot take away a guarantee you already had.
