Frequently asked

Questions, answered

If your question is not here, email us — the address is on the contact page and a person reads it.

How does the card actually talk?

There's a tiny, gold-rimmed, rechargeable speaker built into the bottom of the card. Press the button and the Tooth Fairy's voice plays right from it. Your card includes a USB-C cable, so you can recharge it anywhere. No batteries to replace.

What can her message say?

Anything you want. Write your own, or start from our sample messages — first tooth, a wobbly one, a brave dentist visit, a lost tooth that went missing. You can print them out and read from paper while you record.

Whose voice is it?

The Tooth Fairy's. You record the message in your own voice, or type it, and it comes back in hers. Your recording is never what plays in the card.

Can I re-record the message later?

Yes. Plug the card into your computer via USB-C and update the audio anytime. Same card, new message for every tooth, every milestone, every birthday.

How fast does it ship?

Free 2-day shipping anywhere in the U.S. Order today, it's on their pillow by the weekend.

Can I use any photo?

Yes — a sleeping shot is the magic move (her face becomes the dream), but any clear, vertical photo works. We provide examples in the personalizer to help you get the perfect one.

How much is it?

$19.99, including free 2-day shipping in the US. That is the card, the built-in speaker, the USB-C cable and the printing.

How do I check on my order?

Everything lives on your orders page: the status, the finished card, the recording and the tracking number once it ships. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and we send a magic link — no password.

What if I don't love it?

30-day happiness guarantee. If your child doesn't gasp the first time they hear it, we'll refund you. (We have not had to refund anyone.)

Is my child's photo safe?

We only ask for what it takes to make the card, and we do not sell or share it. Exactly who touches your photo and recording, and for how long we keep them, is set out in the privacy policy — it is short, specific and written against what the system actually does.
